We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a well-established contractor working across social housing properties in South West London.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled and reliable tradesperson to carry out reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs within both occupied and void properties.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carrying out general maintenance and repair works in social housing properties
2. Completing basic plumbing and carpentry repairs
3. Completing basic repairs (doors, windows, locks etc.)
4. Ensuring work is completed to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service
Requirements
5. Experience working as a Multi Trader within social housing or property maintenance
6. Full UK driving licence – Manual
7. Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
