The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for making a great first impression of ADP to potential prospects. The SDR will act as a trusted advisor, helping prospects navigate their challenges by sharing insights and solutions.
The SDR will also:
* Encourage prospects to attend events and webinars.
* Set up and host conference calls to discuss prospects' needs.
* Generate new business opportunities across key markets for our HCM solutions.
* Research prospects and engage with them through high-level conversations, social media, and marketing collateral.
* Promote ADP's services and research market trends to maintain our leadership position.
* Use research tools to identify business issues and monitor market trends.
* Utilize social media to promote ADP as an HCM Thought Leader.
* Build relationships with key accounts to ensure ADP remains top of mind.
* Participate in one-on-one meetings and training sessions.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experienced telemarketer/SDR or someone starting their sales career.
* Organized and driven.
* Flexible and team-oriented.
* Passionate about technology and customer experience.
* Eager to learn and develop, including shadowing senior salespeople and attending training events.
