This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive finance team, take ownership of your own ledger, and help maintain healthy cash flow across a varied range of UK customers. Key Duties: Proactively contact customer accounts to collect outstanding debt. Perform account reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy. Manage disputes efficiently and professionally through to resolution. Monitor and prioritise workload to meet collection targets. Use MS Office, particularly Excel, to maintain accurate records. Requirements: Proven experience in a credit control role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively. Collaborative, team-player mindset.
