We are looking for an Administrator & Crop Protection Support to join the Frontier team, based at Ingham on a permanent, full-time basis.
You will provide administrative support to the crop spraying operation. The role will also involve providing operational support at times including movement of small vehicles, delivering of product and spare parts to sprayers and overseeing fertiliser / chemical deliveries onto site.

Your Role
As an Administrator & Crop Protection Support your role will involve:
Processing pre-application job cards
Ordering product for delivery to contract store and off-site locations
Assisting with chemical store admin / ordering
Processing post application job cards including producing loading notes and customer reports
Use of both Gatekeeper and Greenlight to update grower information and map creation
Assisting with stock takes and investigate and resolve any stock discrepancies
Coordinating suspension fertiliser quotes, place orders with factory and maintain analysis sheet
Checking sampled areas correspond with those quoted
Finalising field reports and communicating accordingly
Updating and maintaining Q-pulse for contracts across the region
Creating field and farm maps for customers and agronomists.
