What you’ll be doing * Processing sales orders and preparing them for the buying team * Checking data accuracy and following up with the sales team * Managing orders in our internal system (full training provided) * Liaising with factories on deliveries, packaging, and samples * Handling barcodes, fabric details, and e-commerce setup * Organising diaries and meetings using SharePoint & Teams * Preparing information for new range launches * Supporting with exhibitions and trade shows * Assisting with customer accounts and queries * General office admin including scanning, printing, and parcel logistics What we’re looking for * Strong communication skills * Confidence with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems * Energy, adaptability, and a proactive attitude * A genuine interest in fashion and career development in the industry Why join You’ll be part of a close-knit, ambitious team with strong backing and room to grow.
