With a strong pipeline of projects across London and the South East, we are looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead our operational team, drive efficiency, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. The Role As Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction operations within the business. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and will play a key part in shaping the company’s growth strategy.
