Our superb client, a growing industry leader in their sector, are recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join them on a permanent basis, working full-time at their stunning offices outside Cosham.
As a Operations Executive, you will be a key point of contact for customers and business partners; handling enquiries, processing administrative and system access requests, and providing support to the Customer Claims team.
What you'll be doing:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a professional and timely manner.
Process customer information efficiently.
Maintain and update customer records and databases.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry, and office support, to ensure the smooth operation of the customer service department.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with CRM systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, problem-solving approach and a positive attitude.Salary & Benefits:
