We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Master Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive mechanical knowledge and be proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment. This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced technicians to utilise their expertise in a dynamic environment, ensuring optimal operational performance and customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in supporting maintenance activities, conducting repairs, and providing technical guidance to junior staff.
*Duties*
* Perform complex mechanical repairs and maintenance on various equipment using hand tools, power tools, and specialised machinery.
* Conduct assembly, disassembly, and reassembly of mechanical components with precision.
* Carry out routine inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate into major problems.
* Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications to improve efficiency.
* Provide excellent customer service by communicating technical information clearly and professionally to clients.
* Undertake heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections performed.
* Support the training of junior technicians and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
*Experience*
* Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar senior technical role within an automotive background
* Strong understanding of mechanical systems, and electrical components.
* Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance apparatus.
* Demonstrated ability in equipment repair, assembly, and preventive maintenance programmes.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex mechanical issues efficiently.
* Prior experience providing exceptional customer service in a technical setting is desirable.
