Lead our Property Services Team and shape the future of our Asset Portfolio. We are seeking an accomplished property professional to lead the Council’s Property Services function, with responsibility for the management, development and performance of a diverse corporate asset portfolio — including estates and asset management, facilities management, community centres and car parks. You’ll play a central role in ensuring our assets are well managed, deliver value for money and continue to meet the needs of our communities. Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, you’ll help shape services, drive continuous improvement and deliver efficiency and performance programmes that make a measurable difference. About you: Reporting at a senior level, you will provide clear professional leadership to a small, high-performing team and ensure that the Council’s property assets are managed efficiently, compliantly and in line with corporate objectives. You will play a key role in driving service improvement, delivering efficiencies and maximising value for money across all property-related functions.
