Position: Customer Solutions Agent
Location: Kilmarnock (Hybrid)
Salary: 25,000 + monthly bonus
Pertemps is currently working with a global financial services organisation, seeking Customer Solutions Agents to join their busy team.

Benefits:
* Salary: 25,000 per annum with potential to earn up to 300 bonus per month
* Hybrid working: 3 days in Kilmarnock office, 2 days remote (after 3 months)
* 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Thu shifts from 8am to 8pm, Fri 9am to 5pm, and 1 in 3 Sat 8am to 2pm)
* 28 days holidays, increasing to 31 days after 5 years
* Pension: 5% employee and at least 4% employer contributions

Responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries
2. Build strong, trustworthy relationships with customers
3. Navigate and update relevant systems with customer information
4. Achieve set KPIs on a weekly basis
5. Adhere to company policies and procedures
Skills and Experience:
1. Driven and confident individual willing to learn new skills
2. Strong customer service experience
3. Experience working to meet KPIs
4. Availability for Monday-Friday and occasional Saturday shifts
5. Strong computer skills
