Monitor systems performance closely and troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Support and collaborate with a multi-skilled agile team across environments and services. Participate in shift coverage to ensure continuous service availability. Skills & Experience as an Environment Engineer Strong experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory services. Knowledge of VMware environments including ESXi, VirtualCentre, and Horizon. Hands-on experience in certificate services and security configurations.
