The Role
As the first point of contact for clients, investors, and visitors, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the firm’s professional image. You’ll manage the reception area, handle incoming calls and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Professionally meet and greet all visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and efficient welcome.
2. Answer and direct incoming calls, take accurate messages, and manage enquiries.
3. Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate refreshments or catering as required.
