Pegasus Group invites applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. Join the Urban Design team in our Leeds office to work on a variety of projects for diverse clients. This scheme offers exposure and a supportive training environment to start your career in urban design.
Please note that due to changes in Government Legislation we are unable to fulfil the remuneration requirements for Graduate level, therefore unable to accept applications from individuals who hold a student or Graduate Visa. We continue to support colleagues at later stages in their career requiring work sponsored Visas.
What we are looking for
We are looking for candidates who hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture or a related subject. We are seeking graduates who can demonstrate:
* A logical and analytical approach
* Great problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to use initiative and to think outside the box
Work experience in Urban Design or Architecture would be advantageous but is not essential as you’ll be learning your new role on the job with support from our Graduate Training Scheme.
Role and responsibilities
As a Graduate Urban Designer, you will work closely with the Design team to deliver a range of design consultancy services on various projects. You’ll support conceptual urban design and planning work, feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs and design strategies for developers and private clients. You will gain experience across a range of sectors and clients to support your development.
