Overview
We are looking for a delivery‑focused digital professional to support the execution of large‑scale web and mobile platforms within a regulated environment. This role focuses on day‑to‑day delivery across multiple workstreams, supporting complex digital initiatives as development activity continues to grow.
The position has been created to help manage increasing workload, improve delivery structure, strengthen documentation, and ensure work remains organised, unblocked, and moving efficiently through to release.
This is not a Product Manager or Designer role. It is a hands‑on delivery role working closely with engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Execution
1. Support end‑to‑end delivery from story definition through to release
2. Write, refine, and maintain clear user stories and acceptance criteria
3. Support multiple in‑flight initiatives with dependencies
4. Identify and help remove delivery blockers
5. Help keep work progressing across sprints and parallel workstreams
Engineering & Stakeholder Collaboration
6. Work closely with front‑end and back‑end engineers on a day‑to‑day basis
7. Act as a coordination point between engineering and broader stakeholders
8. Support delivery across distributed teams and time zones
Documentation & Process
9. Bring structure and consistency to delivery documentation
10. Maintain delivery artefacts and support reporting
11. Help improve delivery processes and ways of working
Product Delivery Support
12. Contribute to early‑stage delivery planning and organisation
13. Support release readiness and coordination
14. Assist with scaling delivery practices as workload increases
Required Experience & Skills
Essential
15. 2–3+ years’ Experience in product delivery, delivery management, or business analysis
16. Proven Experience working directly with engineering teams
17. Strong ability to write clear, actionable user stories
18. Highly organised with a proactive, structured approach
19. Comfortable working in Agile, fast‑paced environments
20. Confident communicator across multiple stakeholders
21. Able to work independently and take ownership
