About The Role
The Head of Clinical Services has a key leadership, assurance and management role at a senior level, and will provide clinical skills and knowledge to support the organisation in its delivery of care to patients. The post holder has a core role in the delivery of high standards of clinical care, ensuring an environment that is conducive to the well-being of both staff and patients whilst contributing to effective budgetary management. As a clinical leader the Head of Clinical Services has a responsibility for training and development within the sphere and scope of clinical practice at Practice Plus Group Southampton Hospital and Urgent Treatment Centre and any other satellite sites, promoting high standards of care and development in clinical practice.
