The Post:
The Director of Screening leads Screening Oversight and Assurance Scotland (SOAS), which co-ordinates Scotland’s national screening programmes, providing whole-system leadership, oversight and assurance.
At a time of major change for population screening, the Director of Screening provides professional leadership and expertise for the introduction of new screening programmes, developing existing screening programmes, and ensuring the transition to new digital capabilities in the coming years.
The Director of Screening leads a team within the Clinical Directorate of National Services Scotland.
