Our UK & EMEA Sales team based in London is focused on delivering the firm’s investment capabilities with institutional investors. The team works in close partnership with our boutiques, product, and marketing teams to drive client engagement and asset growth.
Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or junior-level professional to join our dynamic UK & EMEA Distribution Team in London. The Analyst will support the team’s business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy efforts across the UK & EMEA region.
The Analyst will act as a critical resource in ensuring that sales activity is well-coordinated, data-driven, and aligned to the strategic goals of the team.
This role offers early exposure to the commercial side of asset management, and the opportunity to work at the intersection of sales, strategy, and client service.
What You'll Do:
* Assist in the preparation of client presentations, manage pitchbooks, co-lead RFPs, and meeting materials
* Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate tracking of activities, prospects, and pipeline
* Support in the preparation of sales reporting, pipeline summaries and business metrics
* Conduct account analysis and market research to identify potential prospects or opportunities
Client & Relationship Management
* Help coordinate meetings, roadshows, and events with clients and prospects
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, investment boutiques, compliance, operations) to ensure timely delivery of client needs
* Assist in responding to client requests and maintaining client materials
What You'll Bring:
Education & Experience
* Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in asset management, sales support, or client services
* A degree from a reputable institution – discipline flexible, but candidates should demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and commercial skills
Technical Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
* Knowledge of financial markets and investment products
Soft Skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Professional, proactive, and client-focused mindset
