Contract: Full-Time | 5 Days Over 7 | Rotating Shifts

We're looking for reliable and motivated Chill Packers / Yard Operatives to join our busy warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment with great pay and excellent overtime rates.
Shift Pattern
* Dayshift: 05:30 start
* Backshift: 13:30 start
* Occasional Nightshift: 21:30 start
Flexibility is essential as shifts rotate across these times.
Pay & Premiums
* Basic Rate: £12.37 per hour
* Saturday: 1.25 × basic hourly rate
* Sunday: 1.5 × basic hourly rate
* Public Holidays: 2 × basic hourly rate
* Unsociable Hours (6 PM - 4 AM): +23%
* Overtime (above 39 hours): 1.5 × basic hourly rate
Key Responsibilities
* Pack milk and cream within the chill area into trolleys or pallets
* Operate robotic packers and shrink-wrappers
* Use manual handling aids (Mastermover, Viper, pallet wrapper)
* Manage waste streams and recyclable packaging
* Clean trailers and empty trolleys
* Complete paperwork for full traceability
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety

* Previous experience in despatch or cold store work (desirable)
