What you'll do
5. Own and grow portfolios of private capital clients, delivering high-quality advice across compliance and advisory projects.
6. Lead from the front-scope and run engagements, delegate effectively, ensure robust technical quality and timely delivery.
7. Be client-facing and commercial-run meetings, resolve queries with clarity and confidence, and originate opportunities.
8. Develop talent-coach and stretch junior colleagues, build capability, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
9. Drive business growth-prepare and deliver proposals, build market presence, and cross-sell wider solutions.
What you'll bring
10. Professional qualification (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience.
11. Strong UK corporate tax technical and working knowledge of international concepts.
12. Portfolio leadership-reviewing work, supervising teams, and managing multiple engagements.
13. Business development mindset-comfort in proposals, networking and converting opportunities.
14. Curiosity and candour-a practical, client-first approach, balancing rigour with relationship building.
