What you’ll be doing
This is a blend of operations administration and classic PA support, focused on helping turn decisions into practical next steps. You’ll report to the Chief of Staff and work closely with the wider leadership team, giving you a front-row seat to how a fast-moving business operates.
Your key areas will include:
* Providing trusted support to the Chief of Staff
* Managing PA duties like diary and inbox support
* Coordinating operations admin tasks
* Preparing for meetings, taking notes and following up on actions
* Supporting light projects and initiatives
* Championing IT and tools across the business
* Handling sensitive healthcare and data-related tasks
What you’ll need
* Experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, Operations Admin, or similar support position, ideally with exposure to senior leaders
* Very strong IT skills: confident across multiple systems and able to pick up new tools quickly
* Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential information.
* Proactive and resourceful: you spot what needs doing, raise issues early, and follow through without hand-holding.
