Following a comprehensive induction, you’ll be responsible for identifying gaps across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems governance. You'll then prioritise key programmes of work and design effective solutions — whether through outsourcing, recruitment, or internal reorganisation.Technology is deeply embedded in every aspect of life at The Newt, and you’ll be central in communicating, influencing, and guiding technology use across the business.
