Our client is searching for a talented Paid Biddable Manager to join their Digital team at their London-based head office
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of Paid Social/Google accounts, ensuring seamless client communication, meticulous planning, and precision in activation and reporting.
* Collaborate with Digital Directors to devise, strategize, and report on client campaigns.
* Coordinate with Biddable Executives to ensure prompt campaign activation and cohesive reporting within deadlines.
* Showcase paid media strategy in client meetings, offering expert recommendations for practical strategies implementation.
* Adapt swiftly to client requirements and maintain accurate client media schedules.
* Take ownership of campaign budget management, handling bookings and billing promptly and efficiently.
* Conduct monthly client reviews, delivering valuable insights on campaign performance.
* Exhibit confidence and clarity in interactions with team members, clients, and media owners.
* Introduce and implement new and emerging trends where applicable in campaigns.
* Stay updated on developments in the digital landscape and their potential impact on campaigns.
* Serve as a positive and professional representative for biddable services, the broader Media Team, and the agency both internally and externally.
Requirements:
Essential:
* Solid understanding of Biddable's role in the digital realm.
* 2+ years of agency or in-house experience specializing in Biddable platforms, particularly Google.
* Proven ability to handle client requests promptly and effectively.
* Capacity to manage multiple biddable accounts concurrently.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for delivering insightful reports to clients and colleagues.
* Proficiency in platforms and their functionalities.
* Commercial acumen, mathematical proficiency, and numerical literacy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Positive attitude and a natural curiosity.
