A global and national law firm has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate in its Corporate Tax team. This full-service team advises on a wide range of domestic and international tax matters, with a particular focus on corporate transactions, M&A, real estate, financing, and employee incentives. The high-quality work will entail advice on tax aspects of corporate transactions including tax issues arising in structuring and due diligence. Many of the transactions are cross border and there will be extensive exposure to global work. Applicants will have upwards of 5 years’ PQE in Corporate Tax at a full-service law firm and strong experience of advising on tax aspects of corporate transactions, Employment incentives and real estate deals. This law firm is well known for its excellent culture, first class training and development, a strong focus on promoting staff well-being and realistic working patterns conducive to a work-life balance.
