Education & Qualification
Essential criteria
* Degree level education in a numerate subject plus post-degree experience in developing RPA/ automated software solutions in a professional setting
Experience and Knowledge
Essential criteria
* Excellent understanding of complex data systems, data flows and confidentiality standards
* Track record of leading automation projects from concept to delivery
* Demonstrated ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand needs and create solutions
Desirable criteria
* Experience with NHS information systems
Skills
Essential criteria
* Strong skills in data analysis, SQL, Excel and workflow/process mapping
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong MS PowerPlatfom skills including PowerAutomate
Desirable criteria
* Experience of producing AI-powered solutions and using MS Azure/ PowerPlatform AI tools
