Job description

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Experience Call Handler to join our

team.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in

making sure they feel supported and well looked after. You will be answering a high

volume of calls, logging details accurately in our CRM system, and providing first-line

troubleshooting for solar, heat pump, and air conditioning systems.

This role would suit someone with a positive outlook, a proactive approach, and a

willingness to learn. You will thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the

same, helping customers resolve their queries while offering a calm, reassuring

presence.

Don't worry if you are new to the industry—full training on our products and

systems will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of customer calls and emails efficiently and professionally
* Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
* Provide first-line support and basic troubleshooting for common technical

queries

* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team in a timely manner
* Keep customers informed and reassured throughout their experience

Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call handling or customer service role
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Positive, professional attitude with a proactive, can-do approach
* Quick learner, confident in using CRM systems and technology
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a busy environment
