Our client, a Franchised Car Dealership in Winchester, is seeking experienced Car Sales Executives and Trainee Sales Executives to join their team.
Responsibilities include:
1. Meeting and greeting customers, qualifying their needs, and demonstrating vehicles accordingly.
2. Following a structured sales process while providing excellent customer service and building long-term rapport.
3. Maintaining a professional approach with first-class people skills.
Candidate requirements:
* Driven and highly motivated to succeed, with a proven track record of success in sales (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings, etc.).
* Ability to demonstrate success in current or previous roles.
* Possession of a valid UK driving licence.
