Apply now for the position of Maintenance Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our IMMULITE manufacturing equipment operates at peak efficiency, supporting the reliable production of diagnostic solutions that impact patient care and our mission's success.
Your Role:
1. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
2. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues using appropriate troubleshooting techniques and investigate root causes to prevent reoccurrence.
3. Collaborate with production teams and maintenance system coordinators to prioritize tasks and resolve equipment issues promptly.
4. Document all maintenance activities according to GDP guidelines and through the CMMS system.
5. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring problems and implementing solutions.
6. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with EHS procedures.
Your Expertise:
* Minimum Level 3/ONC qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or General Engineering.
* Time Served Apprenticeship.
* Experience maintaining electrical and mechanical plant and equipment, especially packaging and process equipment.
* Experience with electrical control panels, including AC inverters and PLC systems.
* Experience with pneumatic systems and equipment.
* Experience working within an ISO-regulated environment; GMP knowledge is advantageous.
