Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced contractF1 Laminatorsto join a high-performance team on a long-term contract.
We have positions on wek day nights and weekend days Saturday to Monday.
This role is ideal for skilled laminators with a background in Formula 1, motorsport, or high-end composite manufacturing. You will be working on cutting-edge components in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lay-up of pre-preg carbon fibre components to tight tolerances
* Work from engineering drawings and lay-up manuals
* Trim, bag, and prepare parts for autoclave curing
* Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet exacting standards
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Collaborate with engineers and team leads to meet production targets
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a laminator in F1, motorsport, or aerospace
* Strong understanding of composite materials and lay-up techniques
* Ability to work night shifts and weekend days consistently
* Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
