The role of Landscape Technician Charge Handwill include:
1. Provide supervisory support in keeping estates well maintained and clean in accordance with grounds maintenance contract specifications and appropriate horticultural practices
2. General grounds maintenance such as grass cutting, weeding, strimming, hedge trimming, bulk collections, litter picking and spraying
3. Provide accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensure accurate daily work records are completed
4. Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations in accordance with contract specifications and escalate complaints as appropriate
5. Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and continue to be suitable for required tasks
Skills and experiences:
6. NVQ3 or equivalent in Horticulture or similar discipline
7. Pesticide Application Certificate PA1 – PA6 (or equivalent)
8. Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
9. Some practical experience of operating machinery
10. Some experience interpreting written instruction and maintaining simple written records
11. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.

22. £27,964 per annum (rising to £29,436 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
