You will be responsible for various business and sales support tasks, including preparing presentations, organizing exhibitions, assisting in digital marketing efforts, and contributing to company communications and newsletters. What You Bring: Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and providing necessary documentation and information. Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipelines, and dashboards to track progress. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, follow-ups, and presentations. Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and other documents required for client acquisition and retention. Assist in market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends. Business Support: Support business development efforts by analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to help shape business strategies. Maintain and update the CRM system with client details, sales activities, and opportunities. Support to management team. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of business strategies and customer satisfaction. Presentations & Exhibitions: Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, pitches, and product demonstrations. Coordinate and support the organization of industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Ensure that all materials (brochures, business cards, product samples, etc.) are prepared and available for exhibitions. Attend and assist in industry events, offering logistical and sales support as needed. Digital Marketing & Company Communications: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising. Help create engaging content for the company’s website, social media channels, and digital platforms. Write and edit company newsletters, updates, and other communication materials to maintain engagement with customers and stakeholders. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and suggest improvements. General Business Communications: Support internal communication, ensuring that all teams are aligned on goals, priorities, and updates. Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and management teams to ensure timely communication and information flow. Assist in preparing internal and external reports to track business performance, sales trends, and growth metrics. Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in sales support, business development, or a similar role, preferably in a logistics or technology-related industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
