We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities
* Manage daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
* Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive work environment.
* Oversee food preparation and production, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
* Develop and implement creative drink menus that enhance the guest experience.
* Maintain inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and enhance menu offerings.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
* Monitor financial performance of the bar, including sales tracking and cost control.
Experience
* Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production.
* Background in restaurant or hotel operations is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
* Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Experience as a barista or in similar roles is an advantage.
