Your role What you'll be doing What We Need Corpay^ is currently looking to hire a Customer Account Executive within our UK Customer Service division. This position falls under our Card Payments line of business, based in Swindon. In this role, you will be working within a high performing team, as an Account Executive, on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring an excellent customer experience while identifying opportunities to grow revenue. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to support business growth and promote solutions from the Corpay portfolio, including EV and expense management solutions. How We Work As an Account Executive, you will be based from our Swindon office 5 days per week. Our business operating hours are Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5.15pm. Proactively engage with customers to improve their experience. Identify opportunities to increase revenue and transaction volume. Cross-sell relevant products and solutions Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support customer success. Qualifications and Skills Proactive and self-motivated. Strong customer focus and commercial awareness. Account management experience (advantageous). Experience in phone-based or customer engagement roles preferred. Proven track record of achieving key performance indicators in a results-driven environment.
