Facilities Officer Pay: £12.83 Length : temporary vacancy Days/Hours : Monday - Friday Location: Office Based Town centre NN1 Providing conducive and effective working environments for all property occupants. Enable statutory compliance corporate buildings with Health and Safety regulations. Conducting regular inspections, monitoring, reporting and preventative maintenance. Facilities Officer is very hands on role in terms of building management and minor repairs. Main duties. Attending reactive call outs to deal with various Hard / Soft Facilities Management tasks such as carrying out minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs. Inspecting and maintaining the plant equipment, requesting contractor attendance where required. Administration duties utilising Word, Excel and Outlook as well as internal CAFM systems. Supervising and assisting Contractors on jobs. Carrying out inspections and completing Checklists. Following and monitoring Health and Safety processes.
