Duties will include:
- Assist Client Services with administration tasks on client entity matters
- Assist the CoSec Department as and when required
- Update and maintain Viewpoint data
- Assist with the preparation of minutes and resolutions
- Liaison by telephone with banks, brokers and other intermediaries
- Written correspondence with banks, brokers and other intermediaries
- Execution of banking transactions by completion of online payments and relevant documentation
- Monitoring clients' cash requirements, including the monitoring of incoming funds
- Provide support to the receptionist on an ad-hoc basisCore skills required
