We are looking for a Mechanical Fitter to produce company products to the required standard and quality as defined by drawings, written instructions, and supervisor guidance.

Responsibilities
* Complete engineering duties for sub-assembly production fitting and final assembly.
* Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic components and sub-assemblies as required.
* Assist with the production and build of fabricated assemblies of varying size and complexity, including marking out, cutting, folding, pipe bending, weld joint preparation, hydraulic and pneumatic runs, and general assembly.
* Observe the company’s Health & Safety policies and procedures, ensuring personal and team safety.
* Perform any other duties reasonably expected by the company.
Requirements
* Solid engineering background.
* Experience working from manufacturing, general arrangement, and sub-assembly drawings.
* Attention to detail and teamwork skills.
* Proficiency with hand and power tools for assembling fabricated components.
* Ability to check assembly for alignment, dimensions, and quality.
* Experience in vehicle fabricating/fitting is advantageous.
* Ability to work independently with problem-solving skills and a logical approach.
* Knowledge of circuitry in pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrics.
* Background in aviation, military, marine, or similar fields is beneficial.
* Basic electrical assembly knowledge and ability to read electrical circuit diagrams are preferred but not essential.
