Job Description
Duties
* Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on all kinds of legal documents in official language in local and English;
* Providing legal opinions and memos;
* Debt collection;
* Litigation;
* Corporate matters;
* Communicating with and reporting to senior management and the legal department of headquarters;
* Translating complex legal topics into short and easy-to-understand legal analyses and recommendations;
* Selecting, managing, and supervising external lawyers to ensure high-quality of external legal support in an effective and efficient manner, including cost-efficiency.
* Being able to appear independently in court.
Requirement
* Bachelor's degree or above in law；
* At least 3 years of working experience as an in-house legal counsel or lawyer in local; knowledge of areas of laws of construction equipment and financial leasing is a plus;
* Possessing a legal license to represent the company in courts (the Certificate/License is required) is a plus;
* Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
