JOB PURPOSE : Working within the Company brand values, mission statement and vision, carry out marketing and promotional activities across all divisions of the Company, to further develop the Company’s International brand recognition and support the achievement of sales targets. KEY ATTRIBUTES: * Excellent organisational abilities * Excellent attention to detail * Good creativity and new idea generation * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong IT skills – preferably with design and marketing software such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, Mail Chimp, Social Media analytics software etc. Experience of web CMS systems and CRM. * Hard working – prepared to work outside of normal office hours when required * Proven budgetary and analytics experience * Good time and project management – able to multi-task and work efficiently to deadlines MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Within the framework of the Company-wide sales and marketing strategy and agreed marketing budgets, produce, implement and review an annual Marketing and Communication Plan to include: 1.
