Head of Marketing – Independent Luxury Restaurant Group
Salary: Up to £60,000
Location: London – 5 days on site
We are partnering with a highly regarded independent luxury restaurant group to find an experienced and hands-on Head of Marketing. This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative, commercially minded leader who thrives in premium hospitality environments. You'll be reporting directly to the Owner and Finance Director, working closely with GMs and Head Chefs across the business, and managing a small team of 1–2. This role is fully on site, with time split between the office and the group's venues. No agencies are used, everything is executed in-house, so this is a genuinely hands-on position. To be considered for this role, you must come from premium hospitality - luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, or private members' clubs. Stability is important, so ideally, you'll have at least 2 years in each of your recent roles.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and develop a small marketing team (1–2)
Own and deliver the full marketing strategy in-house
Work directly with the Owner and Finance Director on brand direction and commercial planning
Collaborate with GMs and Head Chefs across the portfolio
Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Oversee branding, content, digital presence, and promotional activity
Drive footfall, brand awareness, and guest engagement across all sites
Ideal profile:
Premium hospitality background required
Strong digital marketing experience
Creative, organised, proactive, and commercially driven
Comfortable working on site 5 days a week and moving between venues
