We are developing and expanding our Workforce Development service and the Practice Educator and Development Lead Officer role will contribute to creating the conditions for social work to thrive and take a lead role for practice development.

Your Role

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker who is passionate about the professional development of our Children's Social Care Workforce.

As a Practice Educator and Development Lead Officer in North East Lincolnshire Council’s Children’s Services, you will work as part of a team and contribute to the development and delivery of the Children’s Services Workforce Strategy and take a lead role in co-ordinating practice educators across the scope of children’s social care.
