Car Sales Administrator Required in Tooting Bec for Family Run Used Car Dealer

2. Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm - our client is flexible
Join our client in Tooting Bec as a Sales Administrator and become a vital part of a busy family-run used car dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to contribute to a thriving business that consistently handles around 100 car sales per month. Our client is looking for a dedicated Sales Administrator who can support the sales team with routine administrative tasks and help streamline operations.

Duties:
9. Answer incoming calls efficiently and professionally
10. Book cars into stock and maintain accurate stock records
11. Process and organise paperwork and documents
12. Respond to emails and manage appointment bookings
13. File logbooks with DVLA using online submission processes
14. Manage and update the stock book; ensuring records are current and accurate
15. Handle general admin duties to support the sales team and ensure smooth daily operations
16. Assist with online and paper-based administrative processes using in house IT systems
Candidate spec:
17. Ideally with used car dealer experience, with knowledge of car dealership processes more important than generic admin skills
18. Experienced in handling routine administrative duties within an automotive dealership environment
19. Adaptable to both paper-based and digital systems
20. Local to Tooting Bec or within approximately 5 miles, with good transport links
21. Well-organised, reliable, and capable of working as part of a team
22. Friendly and professional demeanour, comfortable working with long-serving staff members
23. Preferably seeking a permanent position with long-term stability
