Overview
Control and LED Assistant - Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL) role at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden. This position supports the day-to-day operations of the LED and Control department, including prepping advanced lighting systems and assisting with on-set setups.
Your Role Accountabilities
* Assisting with pulling work orders for our sales team to ensure all jobs are picked and delivered within the allotted time frame and escalating any shortages.
* Testing and cleaning equipment/lights, raising any defects or damages to seniors for logging.
* Assisting with updating LED fixtures and control equipment with the latest firmware/software
* Complete stock takes
* Cable cleaning and re-wrapping for turnaround use
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised workplace
Qualifications & Experiences
* IT knowledge – basic networking, using operating systems, and user interfaces for control devices that require resetting and testing
* Experience with manual handling
* Previous experience with Film and Television lighting equipment is advantageous
* Previous experience with lighting software is advantageous

The purpose-built studio site is home to 20 sound stages, production offices, workshops, an indoor water tank, and an extensive, clear-horizon backlot. De Lane Lea, based in London, provides picture and sound post-production services for film and TV, and has a dedicated Dailies department on the lot at WBSL. Warner Bros. With a range of services including an on-site gym, café, and wellbeing room, WBSL provides the perfect home for productions and has become the studio of choice for many filmmakers worldwide.
Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
