What Were Looking For
CNC operators experienced in milling/turning (Mazak or Fanuc)
Up to £22.25 ph. plus shift allowance / overtime / bonus
Enhanced rate for multi-disciplined operators
4/5 day week flexibility including part-time opportunities to suit your lifestyle
Day & Night shift positions available (constant day or night, or 2 week rotation)
Rate dependant on experience

Key Responsibilities
Operate and program CNC turning and milling machines (Mazak and Fanuc)
Work as a multi-disciplined operator, switching between turning and milling operations as required
Produce high-precision components to engineering drawings and specifications
Use inspection equipment to ensure components meet quality standards
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processes and efficiency

Ideal Candidate
Experienced CNC Turner and/or Miller
Proficient with Mazak and Fanuc operating systems
Multi-disciplined: capable of handling both turning and milling operations
