Conference Producer / Hybrid / London / £45,000 Plus OTE
One of the worlds largest events organisers are seeking a Conference Producer to join their market leading events team - conducting in-depth market research, writing copy, recruiting speakers and scaling up their customer community.
Role & Responsibilities of the Conference Producer:
* Help to expand the network of leaders in the Business Transformation and Shared Services & Outsourcing space.
* In the medium-term, pick up the production of your own LSE event, building and delivering a profitable event.
* Conduct phone and web-based research to identify market pressure
* Recruit senior executives to provide keynote briefings, to join panels and to participate in interactive roundtables – virtually and face-to-face.
* Build a gripping narrative around all your events and take responsibility for driving that message, internally and externally.
* Budget management for events.
Desirable Skills & Experience of the Conference Producer:
* 12-18 months proven conference production experience
* Value teamwork and thrive on building positive relationships across functions.
* Diligent Researchers
* Skilled writers who create compelling external content that engages and captivates our target audiences.
* Degree holder
Package of the Conference Producer:
* Up to £45,000 Depending on experience + commission
* Profit share on events
