We’re looking for a reliable and flexible Chef de Partie, supporting both staff dining and hospitality services. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in a professional kitchen while enjoying structured hours and a varied role. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef in a small team, delivering consistent food quality and smooth service across staff dining and hospitality. Working hours are primarily Monday to Thursday, with the potential for Friday shifts. Typical hours are 7:00am-3:00pm, offering a healthy work-life balance.
