Responsibilities
The incoming Corporate Lawyer will be managing a caseload of matters including:
* Mergers and acquisitions
* Joint Ventures
* MBOs and MBIs
* Share and asset sales
* Employee share schemes
* Profit sharing
* Business structures and reorganisations
* Shareholder agreements
* Private equity investments
* Banking and finance
You will also take part in business development and marketing activities including networking and nurturing your contacts and referrers.
Person Specification
Applications are sought from Corporate Lawyers with a minimum of 5 years’ experience handling a varied caseload of corporate matters as mentioned above.
