The Role
In a varied and highly-visible role, the Support Engineerwill provide a true support service to approximately 250 users across several sites in the UK, covering 1st and 2nd line desktop support, whilst also getting involved in some interesting and varied project work. My client operates a modern Microsoft environment based around core technology including Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory.

What do I need?
* Solid experience of providing 1st &2nd line IT support
* Experience with a variety of Microsoft operating systems, ideally including Windows 10
* Experience with Active Directory – new user creation / account administration, etc., and ideally Office 365
* A basic understanding of networking, ideally including VPNs
