Salary: £13.10ph + OT
Working Hours: 6am till 6pm 4 on 4 off - 42hrs pw
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

What you'll do:
1. Carry out cleaning tasks to ensure the agreed standards and ensure workload is prioritised and completed.
• Ensure any repairs noticed during cleaning duties are reported.
• Ensure a timely response to any service shortfalls identified.
• Conduct all necessary daily maintenance on machinery (as trained) and report any issues.
• Carry out additional or special cleans as instructed.
• Ensure adequate stocks of consumables are available in nominated cleaning stores and where necessary requests for replenishments are submitted.
• Attend and complete training as required.
• Use chemicals and equipment as trained.
• Liaise with customers and clients in a professional manner, escalating as required to ensure resolution.
• To always work safely, raising any health and safety risks or hazards.
• Good housekeeping of equipment and consumables and storage areas
The Industrial Cleaner has the following primary goals:
2. To ensure that all EMCOR operations are maintained and provide the required service to the client.
3. Reflect the flagship status of the operation, working to best practice standards in manpower control, housekeeping and safety.
4. Support operations in the instance that the Supervisor is unavailable, ensuring service levels and production does not suffer.
5. Promote zero accidents in the workplace
6. Work towards positive safety culture & near miss reporting
