Multi Trader (Permanent or Temporary)
Location: Colchester & surrounding Essex areas
We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join a growing team working across Colchester and parts of Essex. This role offers flexibility, with both permanent and temporary positions available depending on your availability and preferences.
The Role
You will be involved in a variety of projects including:
* Social housing maintenance and repairs
* Property refurbishments
* Small commercial jobs
Key Responsibilities
* Plumbing
* Tiling
* Carpentry
* Painting & decorating
* General building and maintenance work
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar role
* Ability to work across multiple trades to a good standard
* Own transport (essential, at least initially)
* Own tools and PPE
* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
