Overview
Your local store is looking for a Sales Assistant for 16 hours per week. Every visit to our store is a chance to make someone’s day – from the first hello to the final thank you. Sales Assistants are the foundation of our stores, creating great experiences and ensuring customers leave with exactly what they came for.
Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Assist customers with product location, selection and purchase.
• Maintain store displays, stock levels and tidy sales floor.
• Operate POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Qualifications
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
