An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 nurse to join the Enhanced Community Mental Health Team, specialising in working with Older Adults.
You will be committed to the provision of a high quality service with the skills to work within a changing environment. You will also demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain professional, effective working relationships with other disciplines, agencies, patients and their carers.

The post holder will hold their own caseload and will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out assessments, specialist to older adults mental health. They will also create person centered care plans and deliver appropriate care, working with and supervising more junior members of staff in the team.
